"We have been living here for a month and love the place. The amenities are superb, and the complex is well run by management. The complex is incredibly well situated, with everything the CBD has to offer nearby. I have found the concierge team to be very helpful, and it has a security patrol service on-site. We have had no issues of any major concern with our apartment to this point."
"To clarify, I’m talking about the green area in-between buildings in this review. I only walked past and through here on a meander through the city but I did find the green refuge from the more edgy/cyberpunk-esque feel of the rest of the west side a nice plus, but the space was a bit lacklustre in its itinerary, especially compared to something like Wesley place (you can see my review of that too). I can see it being a nice place for a break from work but all-in-all I have less to say about this place than other reviews I’ve done and if you’re looking at this review that means you’re probably close enough to visit, a better idea because of its simplicity."
"The building and its facilities are very pristine. However they are held back by the poor customer service from the head concierge and his staff. They were repeatedly rude to us upon our entry to the building and rejected giving any help when it came to our luggage not arriving on time forcing the delivery driver to go back to the airport when they could’ve just held it for 5 minutes."

"It's now 10.15 pm, the construction is still working, extremely loud, 4 residential apartment buildings around. People need to sleep, need to get up and work the second day. Since April, this construction site is getting worse and worse, now we have extremely unbareble noise going from 6am - 11pm, that Form 700 Crane starts yelling EVERY MORNING from 7AM, all my neighbors have called the counsil multiple times，no one does anything, this needs to stop!!! Update 5 months later: Me and my partner and 2 of it neighbors as we know from the same building have moved out 3 months ago, due to the noise issue. They now put 2 more cranes (in total 4). We all have tried all we could. Good luck for people who're still fighting there!"
