"Absolutely could not be happier with my decision to move into the Melbourne Grand! I have never lived in a building where the concierge treat you like family, and make you feel so comfortable and well looked after. The shared spaces and facilities are better than I could have imagined, always clean & well managed. The apartment itself is beautifully designed. Its nice and peaceful with noise not carrying from other occupants at all (important for me as WFH). Security of the building is fab too. Honestly I have lived in many different apartments and this is my favorite one by far! I never want to leave :)"

"I have been living in so many CBD top apartments, so far in Melbourne, this is the best. The best location, the best view of Mountain, Sea, River and City combined from my 48th Floor windows and great amenities! Spacious parking, loading dock, storage and most of all the people. Lisa, Tom, Shams, Pasquale and Tom, they are amazing team of concierge, they made my life so much easier by offering incredible assistance especially in the process of moving in. "I moved into my apartment on Saturday and I have been really impressed with the building, facilities and the concierge team who have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Great job Lisa and team ! I love the view of the city and how this changes from sunrise to sunset. The city lights at night are spectacular. The location is great for Victoria Market, access to the CBD and transport. I can walk to work in 10 minutes ! Images are taken at first light."

I still feel like I’m dreaming when I gaze out my large windows over Melbourne. Views that resemble a dreamy postcard. My apartment is beautifully finished and elegant. Happily surprised by the well hidden cupboard space in every room from kitchen to laundry, bedroom to bathroom. Confident and well informed sell with the sales rep. Frankie, who is always available for any further queries I have before and after the settlement, especially grateful for someone like myself that has moved into a new city. My moving in day was also seamless and exciting. On collecting my apartment keys I was warmly greeted by Nick who kindly explained all my keys, apartment and appliances. A lovely gift box was waiting for me. I appreciated the warm and kind gesture. Nervously I was already starting to feel the warmth of home. Ready to enter Melbourne Grand with great anticipation I was greeted and escorted to my apartment by Lisa Senior Concierge. I felt very special indeed. She passionately explained the impressive marble features and brass throughout. Kindly offered a private tour of the Luxury Lonsdale Club Facilities that impressively and exclusively occupy a whole floor on Level 10. Truly does live up to its name GRAND! The whole team of lovely concierges are a shout out to MICM Real-estate. Well Done. It is a real pleasure to be welcomed home, assisted and greeted by such lovely, smiling, warm and kind front of house. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Lisa who with her concierge team like clockwork, met my removalists and personally escorted all my furniture to my apartment door. It was the easiest Move that I have ever experienced in my life. As Lisa instructed all I had to do was open the door. Truly Grand service. True professionals from start to finish."

"I'm captivated and amazed at how well the hospitality of Melbourne Grand team that introduces me and make a special apartment tour for me. It's just so heartwarming and welcoming to see the team really enthusiastically explaining to you the little details, the function of our room, and the background behind each architectural design that makes you feel lovely. I have a special apartment tour from Lisa (The Senior Concierge - New Projects from Melbourne Inner City Services ). I got a lot of fantastic experience with her, both hospitality and her enthusiastic attitude towards us. I love how everything about architecture is good design. The little room signs, floor details, and walls pieces is gold plated and it's beautiful. It feels like you will live in a 5 stars hotel but in the long term. The material they are using is captivating; the marble choice, the authentic wood, brass, etc. When I first saw my apartment tour, it's fantastic to see how well they seamlessly designed the room. I'm amazed at how much the racks and storage areas they give to us but seamlessly blended with the wall, giving you a clean and organized feeling. I also love my apartment room: it is full of mirrors and windows that make the room feel more spacious. I also adore how they give us a special welcoming box that consists of some valuable stuff for apartment cleaning and leisure, such as books and soap. Furthermore, the socializing facility is stunning. They have a wonderful meeting area, theater room, BBQ lounge, sauna place, Coffee shop longue, gym, swimming pool, and yoga place. They re all so beautifully designed and spacious. I'm so excited to use the facilities and invite my friend for a party and chilling session in this beautiful luxury-feels like facility. The location itself is also relatively nearby Flagstaff Garden, which is lovely. I'm a very scenery-based person who really likes going to the park and getting all the sun absorbed into my body, so Melbourne Grand fulfills that. Overall the service is fantastic, I really recommend Melbourne Grand to friends and family and all of you who wanted to pursue a better living in Melbourne."
