"With 5 pets in total living up to 20 years, I've experienced a plethora of vet clinics and most of them have either been cursory or money-grabbers. We switched to this vet after being long term "patients" at Fawkner Veterinary Hospital. As humans with senior dogs that have multiple issues, it's super important to have continuity of care and we switched to Ivanhoe based on a friend's recommendation. From the very first conversation I had with the lovely mature-aged receptionist giving a full run down of my senior dog's medical history, I felt less like a number and more like a considered client - amazing what empathy and being heard can do! Dr Victoria Harrington has been a tremendous vet who is both passionate yet pragmatic in her treatment and we feel very fortunate that our beloved are in her care."
