"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable; however, our view from the window was the ugly wall of another building at a close proximity. The TV wasn't working, the toilet flush was broken/kept getting stuck and there weren't enough toiletries and robes for the number of people that stayed in the room. We asked for a room change but were told that the hotel was full. Staff were friendly. Checking in and out was done with ease. The maintenance technician was helpful and sorted out the issue with the flush and heating. Great location. The hotel is close to Parliament station, and an easy walk to many cafes, bars and restaurants."
"An event was being hosted in the Monach room, everything was spotless clean. As soon as I walked in, Andy, one of the receptionist welcomed me with a flooding smile, his attitude was great, and he was more than willing to help with any matter! Great customer service! Highly recommended!"
"A luxurious hotel with lots of amenities. Customer service is at its best. Rooms, bathrooms, and toilets are clean and well maintained. I am proud of those Filipinos working in the main lobby and spa. They want your stay in this hotel for you to remember and visit again. A great place for family to stay and relax. "Only an overnight stay for a show but the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really good with a bathtub and huge shower head. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were all very friendly. A bit on the pricey side but no complaints."
