"Worst chemist warehouse. Rude and make up their own rules. Wouldnt return something because it was brought from an another store and their reason was they have too much stock. Manager is rude and has the decency to suggest the chemist warehouse are under franchisees. Wont be going back there again."

"We waited to collect my medicine 40 minutes, the old man just make medicine and then put somewhere , the young girl keeps ask name , she couldn’t find it , finally we knew , that was already made and then put behind . About 4 people waited and waited behind me as well"

"Price match policy not honoured - the staff was extremely rude, attitude issue and not helpful. Showed her the competitors price and requested they match it and beat as per their policy. She looked to another person in the store and she said “no”! Customer care and empathy lacking here - as commented by others, there’s a clear need to change the management as customers’ will not put up with this type of behaviour. Will find another location to shop in future."

"The woman (Georgia) who served me at the cashier treated me like a criminal. It is ok if she wants to check my receipts for the pads I bought from other shop, but she could have done it nicely. Instead of yelling out loud in front of queue of people, demand to check my receipt and checking item by item. If you don’t want to be treated like a criminal in their shop, keep your receipts for things you bought from other shop, unless they handpick the ones they want to check (I’m Asian)."

"Horrible customer service. Had placed a fast delivery order with them (never again) and despite forgetting to place a nappy pack I had ordered amongst other items,they were throwing attitude saying it cannot be delivered and "if you want it come and pick up from the store or else it will be delivered after 3 days". If I could have picked up the items from the store I would not have ordered it through Fast delivery paying the extra amount of 9 dollars. Spoke to someone, probably the store manager and when I asked her to cancel the baby nappy(so that it I could try to get it fast delivered from another store), she went onto to mock me by saying "so it wasn't an emergency after all". I had to tell her it was for trying to get it delivered from another chemist warehouse store and not cause it wasn't an emergency. Horrible attitude and customer service, Thanks to today's technology these kind of things can be put across in social platform for others to understand how a particular store works!!"
