"Over some time the service has deteriorated. Half the staff looks confused. Some are rude and arrogant. Shame, Christine has no idea. I was there few moments ago and the back of the house sounded like a fish market. Staff on the phone to reps. when customers were waiting. Another one on the phone speaking loud enough to rattle a can. Another one was under the impression she was sitting at the queens table for dinner. Shame, how this place has gone down hill. Become expensive and unfriendly. What more can I say"

Can' t believe in this day and age someone would abuse their customers like that! It is obvious that she's not brought up with basic manners. Nela has failed to display respect and courtesy to customers. It's simply shocking to see someone so rude to customers! Not only she’s lost the business from me, I’ve been warning my friends and family to avoid her and the pharmacy so they don’t get abused by her. She’s a liability to the business and a nightmare to the customers - worst ever!!!"
