"If I could give John who manages the laundrette and his beautiful daughter Caisha who runs silhouette more than 5 stars I most certainly would.The way they helped myself and other customers when a few washers broke down simultaneously (due to no fault of their own)was beyond exceptional.John who was due to leave stayed back and did not leave until he made sure everyone who was affected had all there washing completed beautifully ( he also credited everyone so no one was out of pocket and were actually ahead ).They are extremely lovely people and I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending them.Finally I would like to take this opportunity to thank John for his exceptional customer service ,wonderful !"
