"Never got to see a room. Was booked to arrive on night of Public holiday and contact refused to accommodate me despite a corporate booking confirmed the previous week. In the 3 hours I spent waiting on the street outside, I observed rats running along the walls and clients at the motel next door engaging in various illegal activities. Not a savoury area to stay. Hope the locks are solid."

"My room absolutely disgusting. After arriving at 10:30pm, to be faced with that was shocking. I have travelled for work all over the world yet this room was by far the worst I've ever stayed in. Hair in the bed, hair on the shower walls, pubic hair on the towels, snot on the walls, food splatter on the walls, food splatter on the lamps next to the bed, there were finger prints on the flush buttons of the toilet, toothpaste spit on the mirror, almost every wall had hand prints and smudges and filth on them... It goes on and on. Management didn't bother to reply to my email."
"A brand new serviced apartment experience. Most rooms lookout over a landscape of treetops and some roofs, though completely private, barely a door, window nor yard to be seen. Asides the comfy queen beds, the dishwasher, the washer n dryer, the couch, the 2 flatscreen tvs (1 is smart tv) and the nice kitchen n shower, and of course state of the art stacker carpark under the apartments...I dont know what else to say....? ....Except that the Staff Really make this place a notch above the Rest !!!!! Attentive, happy and fully professional. Such a great service for such a young establishment. Service above and beyond. Something they should truely be proud of. I have stayed here a couple of times this year and will definitely be back."
