Capel Sound is nestled between Rosebud and Rye on the sought-after Mornington Peninsula, just 90 minutes away from Melbourne CBD. With its convenient location, our apartment is only 13 km from Sorrento, a short drive to wineries, and minutes away from the renowned Peninsula Hot Springs and other world-class attractions.

Situated directly opposite the beach and in the heart of Capel Sound Shopping Village, our modern one bedroom apartment offers a comfortable stay in a perfect location. You'll have cafes, restaurants, and shops right at your doorstep, providing convenience and plenty of options for dining and shopping.

Capel Sound Escapes is a family-run business, and we take pride in offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests. We respect your privacy, and our keyless and secure access ensures that your stay is completely private. Codes for entry will be provided on the morning of your arrival via SMS and/or email.

Our apartment is one of six apartments in the complex, all located on the first floor. Some apartments are owner-occupied, while others are available for holiday rentals. Below the apartment on the ground floor, you'll find two businesses, a chiropractor, and a blind and curtain shop. These businesses are typically closed on weekends, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment during your stay.

Inside the apartment, you'll find ample supply of bath towels (please bring your own beach towels) and a fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, and milk to get you started. The beach is just a stone's throw away, easily accessible via a pedestrian crossing lights. Within two minutes, you'll find yourself on the sandy shores of Capel Sound beach, ready to relax and soak up the sun.

Capel Sound itself is a delightful little village with a few shops and restaurants, including delicious gelato, fish and chips, and more. You'll be staying in the heart of this charming village, where you can explore the local offerings and experience the laid-back beachside atmosphere. Many of the Mornington Peninsula's world-class attractions are within a short drive, with the most popular being Peninsula Hot Springs, approximately 8 minutes away (7km) from Capel Sound Escapes. Please note that pre-booking is essential for Peninsula Hot Springs.
