"Out standing, romantic getaway, not too far from Melbourne, breathtaking views and excellently equipped open-plan villa. Spa was pre heated when we arrived with a bottle of French wine waiting to be opened. Regretfully we arrived after dark and had to gain access with the use of light from out mobile phones as no external light had been left turned on. This was our second visit to Northern aspects, Unfortunately on this occasion our stay was soured somewhat, when a lady claiming to be a property manager arrived at 1130 am rudely demanding that we leave the premises immediately, "as check out was at 11 am and she had to clean for new arrivals by 1500". My partner, who had arranged the booking explained that she had organised a late check out vie email and had written confirmation of this. The "property Manager " ignored this and disrespectfully tried to argue the point with little regard for the fact we were guests that had paid significantly for our 2 day booking. I also noted on this occasion that the premises did not appear to have been maintained as well, from our impression 12 months earlier. The Blower in the spa did not appear to work along with the lights. The air con/heater stopped working during our stay, requiring us to call a phone number supplied in the Compendium. Which was not current and out of date. Varies remotes were present around the premises most with flat or no batteries with at least two having no apparent purpose."
