"Amazing service, Ruth brightened up my day with her dashing customer service! amazing coffee and great with the kids! :)"
"Amazing service by Ruth today, great coffee, tasty sandwiches, comfy seats!"
"Wouldn’t even give this place a star, it would be generous enough to be giving it a minus 5 stars, staff members lovely expect for the manager, (you know who you are) talking to other staff members, that i am and was very friendly with, got back to me saying that manager was talking about me and giving out about me, as I came up to use the WiFi to see how much was in my bank account to get a coffee/sitting on my own, the manager also had a discussion with staff members saying im lonely, always on my own. If anything this man should not be a manager disgrace to the Costa community, talking about customers also giving the dirtiest looks to customers And giving himself the best reviews on the app that there’s no need for. Very disgusted with the act of a “manager” not nice to be treated this way at all. Very disappointed to the head of costa having a “manager” like this so claimed man. Costa Johnston’s court Sligo, ive given everyone a bad report about the customer service from the manager is ridiculous."
"One of my favourite place to be. Enjoying the chats and coffee. But I didn't like it when all served in take away cups when dine in"
"Ordered a latte with oat milk, and got... Not what I expect from a latte. It tasted funny too, like black coffee with oat milk. An oat latte should not taste like black coffee with oat milk. The oat milk definitively wasn't steamed - no froth! Maybe the "barrista" lacks coffee knowledge? The decor was nice enough, and the staff friendly, which gived them two rather than one star, but there was noisy construction work going on. Am not likely to visit again."
