Reviews
"Filthy toilets and young staff more interested in messing around. Sticky tables and dirty chairs big let down and not up to the usual Costa coffee standard"
"Food is nice but it’s just way overpriced so I had to knock off one start. It’s lovely but not value for money."
"I had my coffee fix on a quite cold winter morning: alongside my espresso I saw there were some cute little Bonne Maman honey pots at the counter so I bought one (they are usually sold together with porridge). Sweetening the coffee with honey felt almost healthy! Although the cafe was packed, a bit too warm and rather noisy, my friend and I felt relaxed, the service was fast and friendly."
"I paid for a tea, hot chocolate (kids), slice of biscuit cake and a kids ginger bread man cookie. No slice of biscuit cake put on the tray and had to go back to ask for it. No milk in a small jug for the teas ect, and no cup top for the kids hot chocolate. Also when I was at the counter they didn't know who was what order. Loads of people standing waiting. They kept asking the customers is this for you. Teas and the few treats was nice. The please is always kept clean and tidy."
"It was ok. I stopped in for a hot chocolate which is always first class Service was not quite up to full standard as I was given my drink in a takeaway cup when I wasn't asked if I wanted to eat in or take away If I was asked I would have made it clear I'm not one to make fuss so I accepted it the way it was served I'm sure it was just a blip But in my eye's it should be up to the server to ask for your preference I would still recommend it as the range of coffees and treats are really good"
