"This establishment is severely understaffed. The staff were visibly stressed and the service took a very long time. I was waiting 20 minutes for my food and had to ask a staff member to check if it was ready, it was ready and it was served to me cold. The staff were lovely but there simply is not enough people working there, shame on the management for overworking these people."
