"Stayed last weekend 2 nights - really enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent - helpful and courteous and had so much patience - well done. Had our dinner both nights, could not fault it and breakfast first class. Would definitely recommend it and in an excellent location - will definitely return - loved it."
"Brilliant 4 night stay here over Xmas to NY period. Room was a little pricey but given time of the year, to be expected. The hotel is brilliantly run, very friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms and the breakfast experience was outstanding. Very tasty and the service was excellent. At a time when it's difficult to secure experienced staff in hospitality, the Wyatt are doing something right! I will return."
"Lovely hotel, great location, staff very pleasant. However, reception could be more helpful with their information. They didn't tell us that while access to the leisure centre was free, if we wanted to go to the water aerobics, there was a charge. We had mentioned that this was what we wanted to do but we're not informed of the charges and didn't bring any money. Also, the shuttle bus yo the train station, we asked about this and again, we were not informed of the charge. Simple things, but they made a difference"
"Wonderful overnight break with breakfast and dinner. I requested a bathroom with a shower seat. I didn't know there was one fitted but they also supplied a full sized shower chair that was over and above my expectations. The hotel couldn't be any more central and has extremely helpful and friendly staff from reception, to the restaurant and bar. Spotlessly clean and gorgeous dinner and breakfast."
