"Recently just a pool last week for the kids for the glorious weather we are having. I have to say I’ve never had customer service like it. They went over and beyond to help me out and to answer all the questions I had. For the first time ever we now have a proper pool thanks to their advice on making sure we treated the water. The kids are having a ball, it was a very easy setup and they were only a call away if I needed them for anything. We also got some cool inflatables that have kept the boys well entertained. Fantastic company to buy from and I most certainly will be back as they looked after me so well and gave me a couple of things free. You don’t get that service from other places!!!"

"I called Hot Tub Ireland for advise on what chemicals to get for my above ground pool and I genuinely couldn’t have been anymore impressed with Jan’s knowledge and helpfulness.. in a league of his own. A few days later I placed an order through the website at 11am on a Wednesday and received the following day at 9am - absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. There is a lot of poor service out there and lengthy waiting times from websites outside ROI, so do yourself a favour and order all your spa/pool needs through Hot Tub Ireland, you will not be disappointed. "We got a beautiful Intex hot tub from Hot Tub Ireland and Anna and Jan were just so easy to deal with right from the start. We had never owned a hot tub so it was a HUGE help that Jan took the time over the phone to explain what we would require in terms of flooring, set up, and how it would/could all work, and considerations around whether it would be suitable for our toddler. The tub and subsequent deliveries came promptly and i had no problems setting it up. A couple of months later we still use it almost every day. It has been beneficial on so many levels - instead of tv in the evenings, we jump in the tub and talk, soothe sore muscles, and enjoy watching bub splash around. It was amazing to use in the snow too, keeping us toasty warm on the bitter cold evenings (although not recommended for use in snow since the mechanical parts might freeze but, to be honest, it was didn't skip a beat). The website is very helpful too with a lot of useful information. Anna is very quick with follow up emails about product queries, which i really appreciated. They really went out of their way to help us out on the whole hot tub scene. I would recommend this business to anyone, particularly for the personalised and follow up support which i wouldn't expect to get by purchasing a tub at a larger retail chain.
