"Treatments were lovely but facilities were lacking... The dressing room had rust stains all over the floor looking like someone had cut themselves, steps into the pool were very narrow and with no additional texture so very easy to slip going in or out, and the relaxation room seats couldn't recline at all so very upright relaxation only. But again, the treatments were very good, and nice staff."
