"Purchased a gift voucher from their website . After ordering I noticed the shipping and billing address were mixed- as in it managed to take the eircode from one or the other and mix it up with my own address. Emailed to make sure the address was corrected. 2 days later no response . Contacted store, they said they would contact the person over the website (Laura) to correct . No response still. . 2 days later i sent a follow up email. No response. So I requested a refund as I wasn't sure where the voucher would end up! In the mean time, a day later the voucher actually happened to arrive so I cancelled my previous request to get a refund . They couldn't be bothered to respond to me for 5 days after spending 105 quid . Very poor experience. Apart from their website being dodgy / not working correctly which I suggested they fix. I paid an extra 5 euro for what seemed like shipping but ended up being part of the voucher . Another thing broken on their website ."
