"No consultation done at all! No allergies asked no operations, pressure or where to focus absolutely nothing! She was going so fast it wasn’t relaxing it was like a race my back massage was absolutely brutal , she massaged my spine for 6 minutes and that was it, no lower back , shoulders or neck massage at all. I understand she was new but it was brutal and to be honest I feel like I should not have had to pay €145 for it it was awful, she was good at the legs but barely did my feet mostly just calves and as I said it was so fast I couldn’t relax, when it came to the front of the leg she didn’t do my thighs , and never dimmed the lights so it was so bright and not relaxing. She also coughed while doing the facial ( human nature it happens) but it was on my face although she tried to block it, I was also cold throughout the treatment and had to ask her to cover me up properly. She did not once check in with me to see if the pressure was okay, the temperature and anything else. I am a spa therapist myself and I am completely shocked that she was even allowed to treatment clients nevermind getting charged full price! I know she was knew and probably didn’t have a lot of training but I will not be going back and will definitely tell people not to go here such a waste of money ! The girl whole took payment and treated my friend was lovely and I told her about the back massage but did not feel comfortable disclosing everything else."

"Looked up child friendly salon, from personal experience this is NOT a child friendly salon. I brought my daughter (4yrs) here for her very 1st cut and alls I can say is it was heartbreaking to watch her try tell the hair dresser is was her 1st time and how excited she was, she was literally bursting with excitement and he barely acknowledged her. She was in there for a whole 5 minutes, I still feel sad when I think back to this experience.."

"Had an absolutely lovely relaxing time at this spa. The girls were so accommodating. They changed my booking last minute and even blow dried my hair as I had gotten soaked. They went above and beyond. I had a very relaxing massage by Maia and got my nails and eyebrows done by Victoria who were both so kind and caring. The spa is very very clean, thoroughly relaxing and in such a beautiful location. Thanks so much to you all."

"Absolutely shocked at this place , booked for myself and a friend(she was getting married the following week,time to relax and unwind)so I taught. Met Maya at front desk where she told us that there was only a booking for 1 ,told her no it was booked for 2(massage,wash blow-dry prosecco)then went to blame the computer system,told her it was booked over the phone,she took us to the so called relaxation room,a doctors office was more relaxing,where she told one of us to go and start the massage and the other to wait and she would sort it, got a massage from Inga(she was lovely and top marks to her,fantastic massage at that)came back to find my friend sitting there for over an hour waiting still nothing for her, Maya had her and i in almost tears blaming us that it was our fault , no apology from her but Inga and the hairdresser was more apologetic. Maya and not the hairdresser half washed our hair,got soaked in the process,hairdresser dryed my friends hair and I had to dry my own hair.It was the most STRESSFUL few hours we ever had .Would not Recommend dealing with MAYA , she was absolutely dire"

"What a terrible experience. Cannot believe this place is still open and attached to such a lovely hotel! Staff were so unprofessional, the place was so dirty, the floor and counter tops. Dont even think the beautician knew what she was doing my daughter would of gave a better massage and shes 8! Not one bit relaxing, no music on or candles lighting. The door was broken in the room I was in so kept opening as I was lying on the bed! The package I had booked included a blow dry, got a phone call from the owner the evening before to say they cant do the blow dry, too short notice for me to organise another one! A glass of prosecco was to be included, didnt get it. Was suppose to get a full hour back massage which I only got half an hour of but they still tried to charge me for an hour. I complained, they called the owner she tried to say that the price was right which it wasnt!the girl on the desk discounted 15% off. I paid as I just wanted to leave, such a horrible experience, never came across the likes of it, would not recommend!"
