"The pet shop is lovely, the staff are lovely. The parking is a disgrace. I pulled into a wheelchair parking space, which I know was wrong of me, however, I was purchasing a bed along with several other items for a stray, very dirty and starving dog my son had found in Parkmore Industrial estate the previous night. Yes, I spent more than 10 minutes in the wheelchair parking spot, however, there was 1 free space to my right, 4 free spaces to my left, and just past a planter another 4-5 free wheelchair spaces. While I absolutely appreciate the need for wheelchair users to have ease of parking near shops, the amount of wheelchair parking on this stretch of the car park is totally unnecessary. I was clamped, having spent €89 in Pet Stop, I incurred a charge of €125 to release the clamp. I will not be shopping in Pet Stop again untill at least some of the spaces are allocated for regular cars. Customers just need to pop into a pet store for a quick purchase like a bag of food, dog collar, a name tag, or a toy. Surely there should be some spaces free for customers and not the whole area allocated to wheelchair parking only. The management of the retail park should space the wheelchair parking throughout the overall car park"
