"Played Limerick Golf Club today with Wings Golf Society. Club very well presented and nicely landscaped. Reception was polite and approachable offering sound advice while answering all our questions in a friendly manner. Out on the course we were very impressed with the quality of the course, which is a very fair challenge especially off the white tee boxes. Lovely mature trees frame all the fairways, which were in nice conditions even after very heavy rain the day/night before. It was the greens, however, that were the only disappointment as they had been striated and sanded not long before we arrived. This, though, is perfectly acceptable as most/all clubs must now carry out this necessary course maintenance. After the round we had very good food at a very reasonable cost. Overall we were very satisfied with our day and look forward to returning in the very near future."
