"Used to come here before, the service and the food was way better… the lady that served had no customer service at all it seemed that I even bothered her that I came eat here, order pancakes and two sausages for my daughter… I swear the sosage looked like it was from last night and when I bring her back because they ice cold she brought back to me heated them in microwave it’s just such a bad reputation and I feel like because of this experience I don’t want to come back eat here agian… definitely work and train your staff on customer experience no smile nothing just barely taking an order very not happy with the value and the customer experience.."

"While we were here last week, our waitress dropped half of my partners sandwich on the ground. She picked it up and brought it away. Accidents happen of course, this was completely fine. However, we waited for the rest of our meal for a new sandwich (or even half a one) to be brought out.. would have even been happy to have the bill amended. Such a shame that such an innocent mistake wasn’t handled properly. Any small gesture would have made all the different."

"Great affordable place for a break or lunch! I had the Mexican Salad which was served with warm chicken. They have a good selection of sandwiches, salads and pastries. The chairs at the tables are comfortable and the atmosphere overall is inviting. They are located in a small shopping mall."

"Kelly Lou made our wedding cake in July 2022, and it was a masterpiece that also tasted amazing. Like many others, we had to reschedule our wedding several times due to Covid. Kelly was always accommodating and easy to work with. I’m also Gluten Intolerant, and Kelly made delicious cupcakes for me to enjoy as a treat on the day. Kelly went above and beyond for us, she sourced fresh flowers for our cake and handled all the setup with the venue. I would highly recommend Kelly Lou for your wedding cake. Won’t regret it!"
