"Had an Easter getnanway at the hotel which included a voucher to a near by attraction and an Easter egg per child staying. On site parking can be validated as and when you want to explore. The hotel is fully equipped with a gym and pool which we loved. Swimming caps are required but can be purchased. Food at the hotel was lovely and the portions are generous. The rooms are nice and comfortable and clean, the hallways can be a little noisy but this is to be expected at busy times and the bathrooms just require a bit of modernization. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"
"Fabulous place, staff very friendly and professional. Food first class. Katie was very accommodating getting us a table for dinner, even though they were under pressure, a true professional and a great asset to the hotel. Ambience was great all over the hotel. Will definitely be back."
"For some reason, hotels in Ireland are extremely expensive. I don't know the reason why, for 5 star hotels in Europe are much cheaper. For one night on b&b basis I paid around €113. Hotel seems it was recently refurbished and looks fine, although too much greys used throughout the place. The room was very clean, warm and comfortable. Staff members extremely polite and helpful."
"The hotel exceeded my expectations. Thought it was gorgeous. The reception was beautiful with the current Christmas decorations. The lighting throughout the hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception staff gave a good welcome. Staff during our dinner in the charter bar were great. Bedrooms were lovely and clean and plenty of space. Staff in the run up to our visit were helpful over the phone. Overall I was impressed with the hotel. Its also right in the center of town, 5 mins from the train station. Thanks to all!"
"First time staying at this beautiful hotel and we were very impressed, very friendly staff at check in. The food in the bar was absolutely delicious again with amazing staff & chatty bar man. Breakfast was so good with lots of choice. Lovely relaxing stay, cannot commend the staff enough as everyone was so friendly and helpful, special mention to the lovely Ann Marie in reception , we will be back !"
