"Had numerous issues in my apartment block all reported to falcondale and my landlord. They take ages to sort issues and they aren't small issues. Currently have a gas meter reader outside completely exposed kids are messing with it. The pipelines are always blocked toilets are a constant problem with water rising in the bowel they literally send people out to fíx the issue for a while but no permanent solution. It's a constant batlle to even get through to them! Absolutely ridiculous to add to it a leak came through 3 floors!! 3 it destroyed one apartment leaked through mine and not one person has came out to solve the issue or even look, gas cookers beside boilers? Mould everywhere worst property management you'll ever get!!"

"I have used them as a Management company. They had no idea that rent was no paid for 2 months until I asked why I haven't been paid. Every month there was small maintenance charges (below the max price they need permission from me). When I asked for more information on all these, they ignored me. When I started challenge these charges they stopped appearing. There was major maintenance to be done. I kept asking them to arrange it, and when it was arranged I would pay for the work. But after 7 months no work was planned. I had step in and arrange it myself. The price was 50% less then Falcondale demanded I pay upfront. For the amount of money they are paid to manage the property they can't do any of there duties correctly and requires the owner to actual do there job. I spoke with the owner on these matters and he has refused to actually do anything about it saying its not his responsibility. I also used them for a sales agent. They have tried to reassure me that they have 20 years experience and are suited to the job. But after talking to the owner there knowledge is extremely out dated."
