"Stayed here (in number 12) at the end of April. No running hot water in tap except in shower. No frying pan, towels or anything we needed so we had to buy them. Also no lock on bathroom door. House is a good location and was clean, but tired and not cared for in terms of the offering - poor experience."

"Recently stayed at Seacliff with my husband and three kids. Upon arrival we discovered the downstairs toilet was leaking as there was a pool of water on the floor. As per Tridents instructions we contacted the on site manager who provided us with towels to stem the leak and promised to contact a plumber. The toilet leaked throughout our four night stay and we were constantly mopping up water. Aside from the obvious hygiene issues of a toilet bowl leaking water, I was terrified one of my children would slip and fall on the tiled floor. Particularly on our last night as the water was coming from the toilet door out into the hallway. My toddler will not use a shower and that was the only bathroom with a bath so we needed access to that bathroom. I was so disgusted that I emailed them to complain on our final night in the holiday home, something I have NEVER done before but perhaps mopping the floor for over an hour on the final night of our staycation forced me to act before we had even gotten home. Ive been dealing with their "customer service" since and while their staff our courteous it has been an extremely frustrating experience and I have felt that they really do not care about their customers. I paid over €600 for a four night stay in a 3 bed, 2 bath house with my family. I did not pay over €600 to constantly mop up water leaking from a toilet through no fault of my own. They will probably reply/try to discredit this review, however if you viee my profile you will see this is the first bad review I have ever given as I am a reasonable person. I have been promised a €100 refund last week which I have yet to see.. AVOID"

"Recently stayed at #24 Seacliff with my wife and three kids. Upon arrival we discovered the downstairs toilet was leaking, as there was a pool of water on the floor. We followed Tridents instructions to call their on site manager and we were given towels to stem the leak and told a plumber would be contacted. Toilet was not fixed during our four night stay. My wife and I were constantly mopping up the bathroom floor. It was a complete health and safety hazard as water was leaking from the toilet bowl onto a tiled floor. Aside from the hygiene issue that caused we were also terrified that one of our children would slip on the floor particularly as we needed access to the bath for our 3 year old son (only a shower in en suite upstairs which he will not use). My wife is currently dealing with their "customer service" department and has been frustrated by their lack of action since. The buck has been passed many times and we certainly won't be staying with them again."
