"My only issue was restaurant management didn’t take ownership for a mistake they made. The staff brought two glasses of wine rather than the bottle we ordered. After requesting the bottle in lieu of the glasses, the waiter returned with a manager who insisted that we could not have a bottle and they would charge us for four glasses instead, all of which turned out to be very light pours. We all know this isn’t the same as a full bottle which is always left at the table with the customer. We never received a bottle but paid for four light glasses. I’m sure the manager knew his stubbornness would result in the staff losing their gratuity but he didn’t seem to care."
"Great place to stay, food superb, and Fiona and Maggie absolutely brilliant nothing to much trouble, well worth a visit"
"Visited here for dinner food was lovely but the staff need training"
"Loved this family run 3☆ hotel. Food was exceptional. Views fantastic. Great atmosphere and fantastic service from very happy staff. I would rate this 5 stars"
"I was part of a pipe and drum band that spent two nights here. A lovely clean hotel, serving fabulous food and wonderful attentive staff. Breakfast with a view was outstanding. Again, the staff here were brilliant. The power showers are the best I've had. Only downside are the walls in the rooms are thin. I will definitely be back."
