"Just returned from a hen night here there were 20 of us. It is a fabulous place location is great nice and peaceful. The barn was decorated so beautiful and there was lovely cosy blankets for everyone. The barn is heated so cold wasn't a problem. The outside area with fireplace is lovely and nice loungers to lay on. The house is old country style and I loved it. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. We had a BBQ which was delicious and did a painting class which was such fun. Also had afternoon tea and highly recommend. Finished night off with Kareoke. Next morning was beautiful so Michael laid out tables and we sat out which was lovely. Definitely recommend this for hen parties groups of friends etc."
"Extremely over priced. Considering their's no toilet in the rooms. We arrived late the the room was freezing radiator didn't work, we called the manager to be told they should be a plug in heater in the room, which their wasn't, we had to change rooms. Still cold with a small plug in electric heater. Sharing toilets,.. one towel in bathroom to be shared with 5 other rooms. Also after checking my banking app the next day i was charged extra €50 on top of €120 i called the next day to be told its part of their policy its in the small print on the website, i will be refunded the €50 IN the next week.. its a shambles id recomend to avid this over priced cold place..."
"Had a great stay at Inch House for night to celebrate NYE with a group of friends. We were a group of 23 in our late 20s, and loved the barn venue which was really well setup by Michael and staff. We brought our own catering and drinks, and had a great dinner in the barn followed by a fun night of karaoke and music in the barn. Michael was really helpful throughout, and the staff were kind enough to clean the barn after us in the morning. Would highly recommend this as a venue for a group party or getaway, but would suggest a max group size of 18 so everyone has enough space in bedrooms and bathrooms, but we chose to bring extra so no fault of the Inch House. Would definitely recommend to a friend"
"This place is overpriced and overrated and the reasons are : 1.the WiFi doesn’t work and the signal is very weak, the owner did try to sort it out but unfortunately couldn’t be sorted. 2. There’s no toilet in the room , there are 2 shared ones for 6 rooms , which means you may have wait for going to the toilet when you really need to. 3. They said book on their own website can get 10 percent off the booking rate. In fact we were charged more than promised. Manager has promised to rectify this… 4. The “hot tub “ is far away from the house and seemed a bit dirty, it doesn’t look like the picture on the website. We did see other guests use but we didn’t try. 5. The location is quite remote, nothing is close by. 6.There are no housekeeping of course (trash was not changed for 3 days) but our window was closed while we went out for a walk (we left the window open to let some air inside )which means someone entered our room. This place would be okay for 50-80 per night but for over 100 per night it feels very steep. You can find a better place for this price in Ireland"
