"I never leave negative reviews however I randomly got chatting with someone who had a very similar experience to me and I felt obliged to write the review. First off the accommodation was lovely, very nice host and Kinnity is beautiful. What was a significant negative was the bike hire facility. Last summer we hired four bikes, two of which had significant signs of wear. I’m an experienced mtb biker so I understand they do get abuse. The derailers on these two were not aligned and we both experienced “ghost gear shifts” these are hire bikes so I get they can’t be perfect. The problem was the chap running the bike hire accused us of damaging the bikes on return. At this point I hadn’t shared my knowledge of bikes as he was explaining what was broken I knew he was waffling and told him where to go. Other novice bikers might feel pressured so beware! I'd advise using an alternative Bike facility as they either don't know much about bikes or are scamming people."

"This is the perfect, traditional Irish bnb that travellers yearn for. Beautiful big house, gorgeous garden, incredibly warm welcome and totally relaxed atmosphere in a lovely village within walking distance of a pub and a castle. Could have stayed all summer."

What a perfect bed and breakfast - I cannot recommend this place enough for MANY reasons, but one of the most lovely parts of our stay was the hospitality of Chris. She is an exceptional host who made us all feel so welcome! I was very fortunate to find this gem; the house made for beautiful memories I’ll cherish for ever!
