"Stayed here after attending a wedding at Kilshane House which is less than 5 mins away by car. The house is stunning. Great sized rooms with beautiful views. Breakfast was top notch - Everything was so fresh. Mary is a super host, so friendly and informative. I couldn't recommend Bansha house higher. Thank you Mary."

"Bansha House is a little hidden gem. The Bed and Breakfast is run by 84 year old Mary and her small, loyal, fantastic, very friendly team. Here You will find spotlessly clean accommodation within immaculate, very well kept paintwork through out the 10 bedroom house. The beds are very comfy with fragrant clean bed linen . Mary has run this house as a B & B for more than 50 year and is still as fresh at giving her best for guests as the day she first started. The breakfast is out of this world. We had fresh from the oven warm bread and scones, fried eggs with tomatoes and mushroom which was cooked to perfection. The jam and marmalade are home made by Mary. There are lots of lovely touches like vases of fresh roses from her garden displayed around the house, toiletries in the bathrooms and lots of interesting books and magazines to read. There is masses of parking at the house and pleasant gardens to sit in .. Best of all is Mary with her lovely face and kind friendly spirit, she can't do enough for you, laughs very easily, and is great fun to be with.. We can't recommend Bansha House or Mary enough! We give her beyond five star! XX"

"Stayed here recently while attending a wedding in nearby Kilshane House. Everything about this place was 5 star. We were greeted with such a friendly welcome by the owner who showed us around. Our room was large and perfectly clean. The breakfast the following morning was absolutely delicious and just what the doctor ordered after a long night of celebrations. I would recommend a stay at Bansha House to anyone and hope that I can revisit at some stage in the near future."

"Lovely experience staying in Mary's B+B. Irish hospitality at it's best. A warm welcome , spotless clean comfortable bedrooms. It was great to come into a heated room after a late night. Breakfast was the full irish with home made breads and lots of hot tea and coffee. Highly recommend a stay if you are in Co. Tipperary ."
