"This Hotel is an absolute disgrace, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We had booked to stay for two nights the weekend, but the child tested positive for COVID so we had to cancel, upon booking it said free cancellation up to 2pm the following day but yet when i cancelled they suddenly got this cancellation policy and charged me 91€ to cancel, Bare in mind now the room was only 74€ but I was told it was a cancellation fee Plus vat I had to pay! I’d advice people not to book here, considering everything that’s going on recently they denied the refund and said it was “policy” they never answer the phone when you ring and when they do the staff are so rude"
"Have to say for a budget hotel, this place is top notch. The WiFi is really good I'm the rooms. The cleaners are really great and so friendly. Nice room. Diner beside it does a great breakfast. Overall the staff are brilliant and I hope they are well looked after by management. I will be back"
"Room 1 should NOT be rented out!! You can literally hear every footstep inside and outside, people checking in, dogs barking, children crying… horrible experience for this price, really not worth it. We got a free breakfast to compensate but a full refund would have been the only correct compensation. Would not recommend, would not go back. Very tired and angry now."
