"Good price to quality. Location a bit far from centre of Galway, but the spot is great close to the Prom and nice neighborhood. Room was clean and the bed very comfy. Good choice overall, the only downside were noisy other guests, the door shut very loudly in the corridor which was annoying at night."
"Nice hotel, my room was small but a very pleasant environment to be in, contemporary decor etc, great shower in the en suite b/room. Staff were lovely. Only negative is the noise - until well after midnight! Very frustrating. If you need a quiet room, maybe just check with staff first."
"Rooms lovely bed comfy the food was good all staff were friendly except the bar manager he was extremely rude over the two days we spent there . There was no social distance he was walking around with out a mask most of the time. We didn't feel very welcome with the two children we had with us and for this reason I would not go back again ! Really not kid friendly at all due to the manager alone . I spoke with others guest who also found him extremely rude and unwelcoming."
