"A decent hotel, but nothing special. Seems mostly suited for families. The good: Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was truly king sized Great views Friendly staff The not so good: Sauna was broken Outdoor hot tub was out of use, and apparently has been for weeks, without reason TV in the room is difficult to use due to the incredibly buggy software No mini-fridge in room Breakfast is technically served till late, but they don't refresh any items so if you don't arrive early most food will be gone Restaurant food was very boring and expensive for what you get"
"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff were brilliant. From reception to the bar staff. Room very clean. Lovely grounds to walk around and watch the sun set on Galway bay. Really enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi. Will be back in near future."
"Stay was great. In the last two years I've been four times with kids and always great. Rooms are clean, staff are lovely, kids love the pool and proximity to nice beach, Salthill and Galway city amongst other things. However, the highlight of this trip was the spa which I tried for the first time and had a Swedish massage with Therese. It was fantastic and Therese was fabulous. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. Will be back."

Breakfast was outstanding, delicious with wonderful options. But it was the STAFF that made this hotel stand out. I loved it and had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back !! Thank you STAFF, each and every one of you stood out in your own unique way and all were kind, respectful, warm, welcoming and chatty.
