"This place was a life saver! After a long evening visiting the Cliffs of Moher, we were exhausted and the weather was terrible. We were planning on driving into Killarney to stay for the night, but we were worried about making it in the weather. We happened to pass this hotel and I'm so glad we did! We paid about 80 Euro for one night and I would say it was very well worth it! The room was spacious with beatiful windows. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. More than anything else what stood out to me was how friendly the staff was! They were so professional and kind. The breakfast in the morning was included and very delicous and filling. Our waiter there really went above and beyond in his service! You can tell the staff really care about their jobs and the customers' experience. I highly recommend the Burren Caslte Hotel!"
"Very friendly staff excellent customer care. rooms are old fashioned but kept very clean. Taxi services are good 5euro for taxi into town. Residence bar closes at 11.30."
"Exceptionally friendly people at the counter and in the restaurant. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a great size. Only problem is that it was advertised as free wifi but you don't get it in your room, only the lobby. Other than that we were very pleased! The free breakfast was great and plentiful as well. Did I mention extremely friendly service?"
