"brought it in for tracking at 55 euro, steering wheel pulling to the right and when I rang Dennis later on he said its the tyres need to be changed aswell at another 500 euro. Avoid these gangsters at all costs, they have a young fella doing the tracking who doesn't have a clue what he's at and a manager who's only out to rip you off. If they can't get a basic thing like tracking right then forget about it. Treadwell tyres down the centre park road are the best around for quality and customer service."

"Do NOT go to this place under any circumstances. They will push you to purchase tires from them by awfully high prices when replacement is not needed at all! They had no issue taking my 55 Euro to do the job that CAN’T be performed! And now when I came back to redo it right, they require me to change parts on more than 500 Euro to do job of 55 Euro! I came to do a wheel alignment (tracking) because my rear tires were getting eaten on the inside and some work has been done to fix the issue. Now wheel alignment was needed. They looked at the car for a minute and came out telling me that rear tires worn on the inside. I explained that this is the reason why I want the tracking to be done. So please continue. After some time, they came out again and said that rear offset washers are missing and this MAY cause wheel alignment not to come out PERFECT! That was how they put it to me! I’m no expert in all this. No one told me that alignment can’t be done at all! They asked with precaution if I’m going for NCT afterwards. And I made a big mistake telling them as it was, that my NCT is due in 6 months and I will replace tires then if needed. At this point they understood that theirs work will not be checked by professionals. Why not to take money from this fella??? Right? The work was performed outrages! To keep the car going strait the steering wheel had to be turned about 30 degrees. See the picture. I came back. After some time of arguing I was explained that without those rear offset washers alignment can’t be done at all! On a reasonable question “Why then you took my money to do the work that can’t be done? You as a professionals supposed to tell me to fix the issue and come back afterwards.” And he was honest enough to admit that he can not refuse to take the money if job is offered! Gave me an option to come back and do alignment for free once all four wheels are replaced and missing washers are in place. Does it look like to you, that those FRONT tires on the picture, require urgent replacement? And I confirmed in two separate tire shops, that rear tires in this condition do not require replacement to do the alignment right!"
