"I've actually never had an experience quite like it! I was thrilled to finally have my car fixed due to a fender bender the year previous. Dineen were professional and arranged the car hire etc, it was very seamless , clearly they have a lot of experience so I expected nothing less throughout. However , I was called a day early, they said my car was ready! I was so happy . I came just before close to pick up and had a quick peek at my car which was parked out front. As I went around the back where the damage was, it was still there! the bumper was literally hanging off and it looked like a 5 year old had put it back. Then the real personality of the place came out. The owner started telling me some cockamamy story about the bumper coming in wrong, wait what?? but you didn't think to tell me? , you told me it was fixed, finished??!!! so I exhausted my rental w the insurance for this? then I go inside to a sour faced woman at the desk who didn't like me one bit once I told her how unhappy I was , she thought the best way to deal with that was to blame the owner , then she became incredibly rude, and literally refused to give me an appropriate receipt, because YES she made me pay despite me having NO idea what they actually did. I visually inspect the car when I return outside to see the small bit of damage they had fixed was fixed cheaply and poorly with a load of nicks all over the surface , they also failed to fix several other damaged points. this joker tells me oh the bumper will be in a few days, and casually tells me, you can just wait while we do it should only take 2 hours . Oh really can I? because I don' t need to be at work or anywhere else? as it transpires this bumper still isn't in, well over a month now , I have pulled my car from this garage and have booked it elsewhere, no idea what goes on here but that was a JOKE and super unprofessional. it wil soon be a year my car is damaged, right on Allianz, you suck about as much as this place"

Nicole was lovely to deal with and they were extremely efficient with getting an estimate ready etc. The repairs were done in the Pouladuff garage and the lads there were lovely, dropping me back to work and dropping the car off to me when repairs were finished. The car looks great and I would definitely recommend Dineen's Crash Repairs."
