"While I don’t doubt the sincerity and good reviews of other customers, I cannot say the same of MD Motors. Arrived to their Douglas garage on a date before Christmas. Waited at the front door and was told to wait 5 minutes before someone would see me. 45 minutes later waiting on a bitterly cold morning and the two lads on duty walked past me several times without a word on when they would get to me. Not even a simple acknowledgment as if I wasn’t even there!! I absolutely appreciate it was a busy time of the year but how many seconds of the day would it take to communicate with their customers? Safe to say I called another garage nearby and was seen to straight away in mannerly fashion. Simple manners cost nothing at the end of the day."
