"This is place had many car products. In particular I want to recognize an employee called Daniel who really went over and beyond to assist me recently with many products for my car. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I go back there to buy because of Daniel. He is able to find the product you need if your not very knowledgeable about car parts. Thank you so much for all your help last few weeks. I would highly recommend this place for buying car parts. I would highly recommend you ask for Daniel if you need assistance with parts and are unsure. He is extremely professional and very helpful. I still would highly recommend visiting this place for car parts. Staff are very helpful"

"I asked for 2 wipers for my panda, even when I explained which panda model I had, they did not listen and hence they gave me the wrong ones. I also asked a bit of help or tips to fit them they denied coldly m i tried to mount and of course they did not work. Worst service I have ever had. Maybe they should be little more empathetic with their customers. Also, the price was seven euro higher than other place where I bought . 0 stars"

"Great customer service. Needed a car battery for car in Tralee on Saturday afternoon. They are open until 15.00 hrs. on Saturdays which was great. Battery changed out 2 hours later without any issues"

"Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Waited almost an HOUR in the shop for my “click and collect” order. 2 other customers also waiting. Loads of staff just wandering around, chatting and laughing around the back. A young man took payment for the orders, but never gave me a receipt and just walked out of the store. An ignorant, rude and condescending middle aged man with a moustache then accuses me of NOT PAYING, after paying 1 hour prior to that and waiting around their stupid store. Then several other members of staff came out with the incorrect part, multiple times! When I complain, I get more attitude and rudeness. Disgraceful staff and also VERY overpriced! Hard to believe it can be this poor. So many other better and cheaper options around"
