"We paid 499 a delonghi magnifica evo after 5 days notice a small crack on the milk jug we could not get it fixed because is not covered by warranty is a visual damage end i didn't bring it back in 3 days not costumers service we could get in touch not from currys not from delonghi as they where suggesting very bad costumers service"

"Hands down worst store and store Manager EVER. Went to buy insurance for a product I bought on line and to also buy a hoover. Done all my homework to the point that I narrow it done to 4. All of them in the store. It's worth noting that I already have a dyson 8 Animal but was buying a second one as a back up/second floor one. Did you know NONE of the hoovers except SOME dyson have a battery in.?? .. So you CAN'T actually try them.. Just look... And make the shop assistant feeling/looking stupid. It would of been very funny if a movie part... Me asking,, but can I try this one,,..,, . What about that one,, and beenig told.. "we remove them because they get stolen" Bannanas really. Also not the first time dealing with this store and needless to say LAST. AVOID AVOID AVOID"
