"Unfortunately I cannot share the positive experiences of the other reviews as I found the people here rude and dismissive. I needed my computer repaired and I chose this service due to the good reviews here and also because they led me to believe they operated a fast service. Repairs within the day, they said, if they got the device early enough. I brought in my device at 2.30pm and was perfectly happy to have it back the following day. When I heard nothing by close of business the following day I rang and the man I spoke to was rude and completely unapologetic. He tried to convince me that he heard the technician tell me it would take a day or two, which was completely untrue. I rang again the following morning at 10 to be told that the technician didn’t get in until 11. So they are under pressure but the technician doesn’t start until 11! Anyway the technician called me at 11, was equally uncourteous and also denying that they had led me to believe they ran a fast service. He still had not even started on my computer. I eventually got it back at close of business that day, a full 24 hours later than agreed and 24 hours during which I had no device for my work. If these guys had been courteous and apologetic to me as a customer I would have been understanding. A little manners go a long way and that kind of rudeness is uncalled for. Therefore they will not be getting custom from me again. Thankfully there are several other such services in Tralee."

"I’ve brought the phone here a few weeks ago. Screen stopped working out of nowhere so I though it needs to be connected properly as I just replaced it And the button few days before. I Needed the phone straight away for work and couldnt wait to get back to Dublin.I told the man in the shop it’s up to him if he is going to charge me the reconnection or for a full screen. I left the phone in and returned after one hour. The man there said the screen is not working and on top of that the button is not working either. He asked me where did I replaced it and I told him the name of the place in Dublin. He pretended he knows the place and that they’re bad for business. He charged me 120€ - 80€ for the screen , 30 for the button and 10 for the protection glass. I was disappointed as I only replaced the screen and button few days before. He gave me the screen back. I decided to go back to the place I have changed the screen in Dublin and ask for a refund. The owner came in and he connected the old screen. To my surprise the screen was perfectly fine. He told me the phone only needed a reset. I’m still using the screen from Dublin today . Works perfectly fine. On top of that the owner gave me 50€ back ( the prices I’ve paid for the screen in Dublin compared to 80€ in Tralee) he didn’t refund me the prices of the button as the button was working whenI brought it in tech co and they obviously broke it. Anyway decided to contact the tech co and explained what happened. The owner was trying to twist my words for a good 10 minutes over the phone. He kept repeating : I assure you that the screen from Dublin will go faulty again 100%. Wow .I asked him for a refund. He refused : no I’m not giving you a refund! I still have his screen today. What could have cost me 10€ for reconnecting the screen ended up costing me 120€ . I suppose that’s how you make money these days. I hope you really needed those money because I know i did. If you change hour mind I’ll be down in Tralee this weekend I’ll bring The screen and the button back. I think it’s only fair man. Thanks and best if luck"

"Went in to get the charging port on my phone replaced, he quickly looked and determined that it may just need a clean. He could easily have charged me for changing the part and I’d have been none the wiser, instead he suggested the clean and also cleaned the speakers too. Stellar customer service and a really nice guy too"
