"I purchased a washing machine yesterday, when I brought it home unpacked it and went to plug it in I discovered that the power cord was on the opposite side of the machine, my previous machine was the same brand. This meant that the lead was to short, the same issue with the water outlet hose. The salesman never mentioned this may be an issue. I think if salespeople were trained properly that these issues would not arise. I had a similar issue with a gas hob that I got last year, the sales person never told me that there are new regulations when fitting a new gas hob.Improved training is needed."
