"One employee in Tralee store, I don't know she is manager or who, was very rude to me this morning when I returned kitchen bin because the lid was dent. I wanted to exchange to same colour. But she said to take other one for the much bigger price. I said I bought for 30eu as it was offer. She said there is no more offer today. But when I checked in the store it was still offer but the bin was different colour. She was very rude, put me in a stupids position."
