"Bought an item in killarney argos and went into tralee argos to return it . A very rude man called Jack told me that I bought it in the killarney store I would have to return it to them. When I told him argos is argos and surely I could return it to any argos he wouldn't do anything for me. I then asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was gone home and there was no manager there. I think as it was 5.45 pm he just didn't want to bother doing it for me. Went back to killarney and there was no problem and they told me that the tralee store should have returned it for me. Appalling attitude by staff in this store."
