"The waiting area is absolutely filthy. Dead flies in the lights, the floor is so dirty, cannot sit on the stained chairs, it looks disgusting. I hope the kitchen area is cleaner...."

"I absolutely love Chinese food and extremely fussy about food in general, being an entertainer and performing in so many different places I always so look forward to going back to Ballybunnion, after a night's performance, a Chinese takeaway from Atlantic is a must, no matter what the hour, the food here is cooked to perfection, for Quantity service and price, this Chinese takeaway is king, however I'm not taking away any stars, but tonight when I called in the takeaway was fairly full, I went to the young boy at the counter and placed my order, he told me waiting time of about 15 mins, but I did take note the poor young chap was ran off his feet and he was desperately trying to make sure everyone got their food, I honestly don't know how he was able to remember every order placed and who ordered what, he was excellent at his job, but to management I say I would advise a numbers system, place your order get a number, in place of so many orders coming out and the young lad shouting out every order within the bag/s repeating himself over and over and people shouting, I thought was a bit too much when all this can be avoided very easily, and make for excellent service on top of excellent food, super chef for sure, try the ticket number system, even a digital number display up high behind the counter so people can place order and move back to allow others to place their order and keep watch for their number to display or be called out, I have their menu here in front of me and planning my next order when back in Ballybunnion in 2 weeks time both the sat and Sunday night where I will be just across the road from the Atlantic Chinese takeaway, make sure to give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.."

"Love this place. The food is so good. We visit Ballybunion a couple of times a year and love to get food here. It's always the first and last takeaway we get while in Kerry! The staff are so nice and their meal deals are very good value. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tip: Call in advance as they can be busy during weekends and during the holiday season. I think anyone that gives a bad review over the smallest thing in hospitality during the pandemic is unrealistic and unappreciative of workers and small business owners who are trying to make things work so WE can eat out.. if we don't support small businesses they won't be here next summer and they'll be replaced by multinational fast food chains."

"Sat inside for 30min after ordering. When I walked to the counter to ask how much longer I will have to wait she asker "what did you order?"... After calling out the order one by one she said it's another 5min. Sounded like it wasn't even close to being done. Food was pretty bad. Wouldn't not be back."
