"This pub is an absolute disgrace. How the staff treat people is disgusting. My uncle who's had a stroke a year ago went into the pub tonight. He had gotten a taxi down and a taxi booked back , he went into the pub and they wouldn't serve him alcohol. When he questioned it the woman was arrogant and wouldn't explain why. I contacted them regarding this and the absolute rudeness out the woman on the phone. To be fair she explained that she didn't want to serve him alcohol because she didnt want to be responsible for him falling. but does this mean that anyone with a speech impediment or disability cannot drink alcohol anymore? I feel like that is discrimiting against someone with a disability. Secondly the woman ate me down the phone when I said to her that because of his disability he's not being served alcohol. She first tried to blame the fact that they stop serving at 11 o clock, even though he had been on the phone to me since half 10 then she said it about him falling..the man wanted to go to a pub for a quiet 1 or 2 pints and he was left sitting in the corner with a coke. 63 years of age. The staff are scumbags the way they treat customers. I'm disgusted never seen the liked of it"
"Great spot for a great pint and great service.. A cosy "Local""
