"This place was a fantastic chipper in the past but over the past few months the quality of the food and in particular the quality of the service has dropped dramatically. Most of the new staff lack customer service skills and in some cases are being rude or childish in front of the customers which have loyal for years. They need to remember their customers are not all teenagers. I will give this place a miss for a while and hope the quality is repaired."

"First time in here on recommendation of a friend. It just wasn't great. I asked for a snack box with a small dash of curry over the top. I said it twice to two different members of staff and when I opened my food it was swamped in curry. On top of that the curry wasn't very nice and completely overpowered the rest of the food. It was also way too thick in consistency and just not very nice. Staff were friendly and efficient but just were not paying attention to the little details. Disappointing."

"Absolutely raging after finishing work said I'd take a takeaway home. I live 20 mins from here. I've always had a good experience down the years but the staff this evening ensured I'll never go back. Rang ahead with the order and was told it would be 15 mins which is no problem as I was 15 mins away. Went into the establishment and was treated to two staff members having a chat, that's ok but the language wasn't great, after about 5 mins I was asked was I ok Love and do you wanna order. Said I had already ordered. No other problems until I went home, the Fish was half cooked, the chips freezing, I ordered two portions of Curry that weren't packed, 3 cans ordered, one wasn't correct. Ordered 3 chips and only received two. My son couldn't even eat his battered sausage it was raw, Rang back to complain and spoke to someone else and said to call back and it would be rectified, as this wasn't possible I was told to come back another time. Not worth the hassle. As I've said before I've always liked here and maybe it was a bad night for them but staff on this evening would need to pull it together."

"This place is just amazing. We stopped here a few nights ago. There were two young people working who were really friendly and appeared to have a great vibe going on which made the visit great. The food we got was top notch from a chipper and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended."
