"I lived here for a full academic year and this is my experience. 1) Staff are often not available and unprofessional with handling situations. 2) I have had 2 ceiling leaks in two different rooms. Both incidents the staff didn’t not take it seriously until it was escalated with threshold. 3) Facilities are broken/out of service for months, some haven’t been fixed since I arrived. 4) There was mold in my previous room and all the “balcony” rooms in steelworks, hence you are not allowed to use the balcony. 5) it is not “all inclusive” as they have advertised, if your electricity bill is higher than 20euros per week it will be taken from your deposit. 6) The heating was not functioning properly, and instead of allowing me to increase the temperature they told me to get a hot water bottle."

"Not worth your money !!! Very little to do in the facility with the games room's ps4's not active, the pods very open to viewing and restrictive, the seating areas poor lighting and uncomfortable appeal and with the gym only being available to long term renters and with no tv in rooms it is very cunning as it advertises that the property is busy. Being at almost in the heart of the city it can be very noisy as expected with roads and a pub surrounding the accommodation with no sound insulation. The extremely dull and dead atmosphere is carried into the pod heavily in the bedrooms where the lighting doesn't illuminate parts of the room with the ugly paint cover. In your room you when you lay down you will be greeted by the sharp spring old mattress covered over by a cheap sheet and Duvet with the exception of nice enough pillows so sleeping will become difficult Fails to deliver anything to the gorgeous city it is o the doorstep of would not recommend"
