"We spent one night in Isaac Hotel. The room was clean, very comfortable, spacious and quiet. We had a great night’s sleep and breakfast was excellent. Staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The location is handy for Patrick Street and all the facilities it has to offer. It is only ten minutes walk from the railway station. I would have no hesitation about staying in the Isaac Hotel again or about recommending it to others."

"This is a hotel for those who value location and a good bar above other attributes. The staff are predominantly very pleasant. The rooms are of a poor standard (my opinion) and need a deep clean. My room unfortunately had a strong and lingering fragrance. The noise from the bar area ensures no sleep possible until at earliest midnight (weekends). The rooms are also poorly soundproofed so I was woken at dawn by my neighbours phone conversation. I have dined in the restaurant many many times but feel standard of food has dropped. All in all good place if you’re on a boozy night out. Otherwise consider somewhere else. I appreciate the response from manager and can confirm that I am not confused and the review is for your hotel. I would suggest you stay in the room allocated to me one weekend night to experience the noise and obvious lack of hygiene leading to the odour in the room."

"Had a beautiful stay at Isaacs for a midweek break , was greeted by friendly polite staff who gave me some great food recommendations and a little city map to show me around .Lucky enough to be surprised with a room upgrade on check in! The room itself was really lovely and neat with a huge big bathroom with a bath, shower and heated tiles .. overlooking their lovely courtyard and waterfall.All in all It was fab ..all the staff where friendly attentive and laid back which made for a really relaxing atmosphere.The cocktail bar below is gorgeous, really interesting and fun decor and menu ..could easily sit all night trying the seasonal concoctions and chatting to the staff ..I can't wait to come back !:)"

"Beautifully decorated rooms. Nice finishing touches like Rituals toiletries. Very friendly reception staff. Central location with parking off a close street. Cobblestone paving into entrance. Breakfast fantastic, buffet and table service up to 10.30. Has beautiful outdoor dining area by waterfall in addition to internal dining. Would definitely stay there again."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Our room was stunning with wood beams, air conditioning, a true king size bed, and a large shower. We had a view of the waterfall outside our window and all doors/elevators were key operated so we felt safe. Staff was extremely helpful upon check in and warned us about hearing music from the restaurant in our room and shared a number we could call if it was too loud. We had no issues with the music, never got too loud and actually we opened the windows and enjoyed it. We also emailed about parking and was provided free secured parking close by. Will definitely stay here again."
