"Disappointing check-in process and customer service, also it could be cleaner (plenty of cobwebs around the room, a huge dead spider in the lighting fixture, several marks/spots on the carpet, some hair and small spots on the bedsheets). In the room I was given, there was a quite substantial hole between the window and its frame - this allowed plenty of cold air to enter the room at night. Also, I asked about a quiet room and I had to buy earplugs to be able to even fall asleep - the road next to the property is very busy and noisy. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place for longer than a 2-night stay."
