"Despite making a booking months in advance, on arrival l was informed my booking had been cancelled and room given away, leaving me without anywhere to stay at 11pm on a Friday night. I had to spend the night sleeping in the bus station, whilst pregnant, in an unknown city. Bjioux by the Lee refused to allow me in to the building, leaving me standing in the street. Nor would they would not help me to find any alernative accommodation. I have never come across such heartless staff. I believe this was as it was Paddy's weekend and they were simply able to secure a higher payment for the room. Avoid at all costs!!!"

"Do not stay here. Customer service is awful. Arrived and called multiple times to let them know I was there, no answer. She finally called me back and told me to wait in the kitchen, where I sat for a half an hour with no help. The area was abysmal, the kitchen was dirty, the premises was completely unacceptable, and not only that, even after not checking in, she charged me for 2 nights stay. This property is a scam. Stay away."

"Room was inadequate (no lights, no hangers) and staff were unreliable. We had to pay two nights up front, but left after one night because promises were not kept (missing lightbulbs). They promised us a refund of one night. Regularly asked them about the status of the refund. After four weeks, they stopped replying to my emails and text messages... Beware, this place is quite frankly a scam."
