"Ann is an absolute star, house was impeccable, clean, comfortable, there was a sitting room for us to watch TV in and a separate room for breakfast also. The gardens in the house were beautiful and the view from the front of the house was magnificent. Quick walk into town, and it's lovely and quiet and comfortable. Ann also had tissues, make up removal pads and cotton buds provided in the room which I thought was a lovely touch, along with the tea and biscuits and she gave us great advice and was lovely to chat with. Would 100% stay again! Gorgeous breakfast and the homemade porridge bread is unreal altogether."

"As a family would like to compliment Seamus and Anne on their beautiful Bed and breakfast. close to all local amenities and yet has amazing views and extremely quite at night. this Bed and breakfast has a great family character and made us feel most welcome. We were invited to their fish pond at rear of their hse which has a beautiful garden. This bed and breakfast provides a beautiful breakfast menu with fab choice. Would highly recommend this Bed and breakfast. This bed and breakfast met all our requirements a break needs. ♥♥"
