"We contacted Paul to book puppy training classes as we’d seen him work wonders with our daughter’s puppy who’d been rather a handful to say the least! Paul booked us onto his next block of sessions and spent his own time talking to us about how to settle our new puppy at home. We were able to identify where we’ve started to go wrong and Paul explained some puppy training tips for us to practice until we start classes.
